Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Have not received tracking yet?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. If more than 48 hours (business days) have passed since your order confirmation and you have not received a shipping email, check your spam folder first — then contact us at shoponline@pureethical.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.

Tracking shows no movement?

Carriers can take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan. If your tracking has not moved for more than 3 business days, get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier.
